Opt-Out Request

Overview

If you are an individual and you would like images of you, or faces matching you, to be excluded from Registry's index, you may submit an opt-out request.

What Happens

When we receive a valid opt-out request, we remove the associated indexed images and face vectors so they no longer appear in search results, and we make reasonable efforts to prevent them from being re-indexed.

What to Include

Please provide the source URLs of the images you want removed, and enough information for us to locate the relevant entries. You may also describe the face or image so we can identify matches.

How to Submit

Submit your opt-out request through the contact details on our website. We treat these requests seriously and aim to process them promptly.

Note

Registry only indexes publicly available images. Opting out of Registry does not remove the original image from the website where it was published; you would need to contact that site directly.
